Cost of Services (Prices FAQ)

New patient exam: Every patient will begin with an examination that explores the movements and positions that hurt or give you relief. Dr. Lew will use this data to differentially diagnose your situation; is it muscular? due to a sprained joint? related to injury to nervous tissue? Then, she will further evaluate to see if any underlying conditions may be playing a role in your discomfort. A new patient examination is based on the time and complexity of the examination. If further evaluation is required, there may be a higher fee. If it’s been more than 3 years since your last visit, you will need a new patient exam. This will be a cost in addition to the cost of the chiropractic office visit and any adjunct therapies or services.

  • A basic, uncomplicated examination (about 30 minutes) costs $125.

  • A more complex and longer examination (about 60 minutes) costs $180.

Re-evaluation exam: It’s important to discern how the body is doing on a regular basis and to modify treatment plans. If your condition is changing or if it’s been more than 6 months, you will need a re-evaluation exam. The cost of the re-evaluation exam is based on the length of time and complexity of the examination. This will be a cost in addition to the cost of the chiropractic office visit and any adjunct therapies or services.

  • A basic, uncomplicated re-evaluation exam (about 20 minutes) costs $60.

  • A more detailed re-evaluation exam (about 30 minutes) costs $100.

Rehabilitative chiropractic office visit: What to expect: there will be a brief evaluation followed by soft tissue work (massage, myofascial decompression cupping, etc.) and then adjustments. Every visit will incorporate instruction or review of therapeutic exercises and stretches. Adjustments may vary depending on patient needs. Generally, Dr. Lew uses conventional chiropractic adjustments, however, she will use a light drop-assist, blocking, or Activator if the need arises.
